Prasoon Consultancy Services was registered under Shops & Establishment Act with its Registration No. P.T. /2017 / 106639 for carrying out the Business of Consultancy Services for Real Estate Companies & Real Estate Brokers & Builders. We act as Bridge between Real estate companies / Brokers / Builders by helping them in Negotiations with the Land & Plot Owners & Flat Buyers. We help them in Verification of Land Titles from the Field / Register II as well as Registry Office & the state of Non Encumbrance.

After Negotiation & Finalisation of rates & Prices, We arrange for Legal Opinion, Agreement & Registry etc. Since We are in constant touch with several Land Owners, Builders & Brokers, We are in Position to inform the Prospective Buyers as to Which Property they should Buy , so that , they don't get Cheated or lose their Hard earned money. In Order to provide a Safety Net to Our Clients , We deal only with "Ready to Move" Flats & Apartments or Second Sale Properties without any Waining Period. In Order to widen our Area of Operation, Our Team Member Shri Pramod Kumar Dayal has obtained Registration Certificate of Real Estate Agent (Form H) from Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority with Registration No. A52100015416 dated 18/07/2016. We will obtain the same for Karnataka & Bihar very shortly.
